This book tells you all about the diet, what to eat, how long to stay on, etc. If you follow it exactly, the HCG Diet works GREAT!!!

What to Buy?

First, you are going to need to buy the HCG or Pregnyl. One vial of 5,000 IU is good for one person for 25-30 days (depending on how strong you mix it). At the strongest dose it makes enough for 25 days (you need to be on it at least 23 days minimum for the diet to work - up to 40 days maximum). Then, for the supplies to mix the HCG (again for one person - or one vial of 5,000 IU), you will need one 50 ML Presealed Vial (Amber), one 30 ML Bacteriostatic Water, one Syringe only 60 CC, and one Needle only 18G x 1.5". A few of these items you cannot buy just one, so buy accordingly. The last thing you will need will be the syringes to give yourself the daily injections. Buy 3CC Syringe with Needle 25G x 1.5" (you can also buy the 1" needles if you would rather). The websites to purchase the HCG and supplies are linked below.
